I cannot say enough amazing things about this bank. Having come from other banks where you sit on hold for 30+ minutes waiting to talk to someone PSB is a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Not only are you connected to someone within a matter of seconds but they are beyond helpful with any and all requests. From setting up new accounts, to dealing with NSF checks, fraud, etc. I have always had an AMAZING hassle free experience. Their customer service representatives are the best in the industry and truly seem to care about their clients. I have worked with multiple individuals and can say that their attention to detail, prompt response time, and caring demeanor have made me a life long client. This bank is so far above any other banking experience. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!!!
